In term people see hardwork as stress and discipline as punishment, but hardwork and discipline has been the ethics of most education system, from the primary to the tertiary level. Why do you think, these two are so essential that the schools need to introduce it from the foundation? That is because hardwork and discipline help mould your character and make you successful on any thing you dedicate you time to do. REASON AND PROOF THAT DISCIPLINE AND HARDWORK IS ESSENTIAL. Lets take a mind travel, back to the early ages of the great philosopher and the monks of china , these are people that believes in hardwork and discipline , not just they practised it, thats why the monks are the pioneers of martial art and they are good at it, as the great philosopher Aristotle who is also good at sciences. "Every average educated man, be it western or locally, should be hardworking and disciplined ."

It has become a disturbing issues over the years as to why our youths  still walk the street unemployed, even with their first class results from reputable university. There are many answers to that question.
